Bahan:

200 gr kelapa parut (Jerman: kokosraspel, 1 Packung: 200 gr)

120 gr tepung ketan (jerman: glutinous reis mehl)

120 ml santan

80 gr gula

1 packung vanillezucker (indonesia: 1/4 sdt vanila bubuk)

1/4 sdt garam
Cara membuat:

1. Campur semua bahan, remas-remas, diamkan selama minimal 15 menit.

2. Bentuk bulat pipih, panggang di teflon anti lengket dgn api kecil (biarkan matang, jangan di tekan-tekan)
