Betroot Red Velvet Cake (Red Velvet Cake dengan Bit Merah)

Bahan:
360 gr tepung terigu (atau 310 gr terigu plus 50 gr unsweatened chocholate powder)
4 butir telur
135 gr bit merah yg telah direbus dan dihaluskan
2 sdm air jeruk lemon
2 sdt backing soda
1 sdt garam
200 gr gula
285 gr butter, dicairkan
2 sdm madu
125 ml susu cair
2 sdt ekstrak vanilla

Frosting:
3 sdm heavy cream
75 gr cheese cream
60 gr gula

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan oven 180°C
2. Campur semua bahan kering.
3. Mixer telur, madu dan gula sampai mengembang. Campurkan bahan kering ke dalam adonan telur bersama madu, butter, susu, vanilla ekstrak, air jeruk dan bit merah.
4. Oven 180°C selama 40 menit.
5. Dinginkan.
6. Kocok bahan frosting sampai fluffy. Oleskan ke kue yg telah dingin.
