Sate Kambing

500 gr daging kambing tanpa lemak, potong kecil-kecil
4 lembar daun jeruk, robek-robek kecil atau rajang halus
2 sdt ketumbar tumbuk yg sudah disangrai
4 siung bawang putih haluskan
Garam
1 sdm margarine
Kecap manis
1 sdt gula

Cara membuat:
Campur semua bahan. Simpan di kulkas semalaman.
Bakar.

Saus:
Kecap manis
Garam
Tomat, potong kecil-kecil
Air jeruk nipis
Sedikit air
Optional: potongan cabe dan irisan daun jeruk.

Cara membuat: campur semua.
