Bawang merah goreng

Bahan:

1 pack schalloten (jerman, indonesia: bawang merah), iris tipis

Garam

Minyak
Cara membuat:

1. Bawang merah yg telah diiris tipis ditaburi garam secukupnya, campur rata dan letakkan diatas tissue dapur selama setengah jam agar kadar air berkurang.

2. Goreng dgn api sedang sampai kuning emas (jangan sampai coklat)

3. Tata diatas loyang yg telah dialasi tissue dapur dan oven 50 derajat Celcius selama 5 menit.

4. Simpan di wadah kedap udara.
