Chiffon Cake Ketan Hitam

Bahan 1:

67 gr ketan hitam

33 gr terigu

1 sdt baking powder

35 gr gula

30 gr minyak

5 kuning telur

100 gr santan (atau susu)

1 sdt vanila
Bahan 2:

5 putih telur

85 gr gula halus

1/3 sdt air jeruk nipis
Cara membuat:

1. Kocok bahan 1 menggunakan whisker.

2. Kocok bahan 2 sampai hard peak (tapi mengkilapnya putih telur belum hilang)

3. Tambahkan bahan 2 ke bahan 1 sedikit demi sedikit, dan aduk balik.

4. Oven 165 derajat Celcius selama 60 menit.
