Tumis Tempe Asparagus

Bahan:

1 papan tempe (350 gr)

1 bungkus asparagus hijau (250 gr)

4 buah cabe hijau

6 buah bawang merah, iris tipis

4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis

2 lembar daun salam

2 cm lengkuas, memarkan

2 sdm kecap manis

1 sdr saus tiram

1/2 sdr garam

1 sdt gula

100 ml air
Cara membuat:

1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe dan asparagus hingga harum dan layu

2.Masukkan lengkuas, salam, air dan bumbu lain, aduk rata.

3. Masukkan tempe, masak hingga meresap.
