Ubi Goreng

Bahan:

1 ubi, cuci bersih kulitnya, kupas dan potong

Garam

1 siung bawang putih, haluskan

3 sdm air

1 sdm tepung beras

1 sdm tepung tapioka
Cara membuat:

1. Campur garam dan bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan dgn air, kemudian rendam ubi.

2. Gulingkan ke campuran tepung tapioka dan tepung beras, ketuk-ketuk dan goreng.
