Onde-Onde

Bahan:
1 bungkus tepung ketan (Jerman: glutinous mehl, 1 bungkus= 250 gr)

3 sdm tepung beras
1 pck vanillezücker ( 1 sdt bubuk vanili)

120 gr gula

300 ml santan hangat

1/2 sdt garam

Isi:
Kacang hijau kupas
Gula
Garam
(Kelapa parut optional)

Taburan:
Wijen

Cara membuat:
1. Bahan kering untuk kulit dicampur rata. Tambahkan santan sampai kalis.
2. Bentuk bulatan kecil, beri isian. Balur dgn wijen sesaat sebelum digoreng dgn api sedang.
