Mie untuk Ramen (Japanese)

Bahan:
96 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdm air

Cara membuat:
1. Uleni semua bahan.
2. Bungkus plastik atau lap dan diamkan selama 30 menit sampai 1 jam.
3. Tipiskan setebal 1 mm.
4. Potong-potong dan rebus dlm air mendidih.

Untuk 2 porsi
