Cheese Garlic Knot

Bahan:
Setengah resep adonan pizza https://grossekochbuch.wordpress.com/2014/07/17/pizza-dough/
1 sdm olive oil
3 sdm unsalted butter
2 siung bawang buzih cincang halus
Kräuter salz (atau garam dan daun parsley yg dicincang halus)
Keju parut

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan oven 200°C
2. Pipihkan adonan pizza kemudian potong dgn ukuran sktr 1 ruas jari x 3 ruas jari
3. Bentuk menjadi ikatan.
4. Susun di loyang dan oven selama 5 menit. Balik loyang, oven lagi selama 5 menit atau golden brown.
5. Panaskan olive oil, butter, garam atau kräuter salz Setelah butter meleleh segera angkat taburi daun parsley.
6. Oles di atas roti. Taburi dengan keju. Oven lagi beberapa menit.
7. Angkat.
