Dorayaki

Bahan:
100 gr tepung
50 gr gula pasir
2 butir telur
1 sdm madu
1/2 sdt baking Soda
2 sdt air

Cara membuat:
1. Kocok telur sebentar terus tambahkan gula,aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan madu, Aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan tepung n baking soda, Aduk sampe rata.
4. Tutup sama Plastik terus diamkan 30 menit di kulkas.
5. Panaskan di Pan dengan api kecil.
6. Tuang adonan sebanyak 2 sdm di tengah pan, tunggu sampai keluar bubble baru di balik.

Topping: azuki bean paste atau nutella
