Carrot Cake

Bahan:
250 gr wortel diparut memanjang dan kasar
350 gr tepung terigu
4 butir telur, pisah kuning dan putih diwadah tersendiri
200 gr butter cair
130 gr gula
50 gr kacang cincang
1 buah lemon diperas dan kulitnya diparut
1 sdt bubuk kayu manis
1 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Kocok putih telur hingga kaku.
2. Diwadah lain, kocok kuning telur dan gula.
3. Tepung terigu, baking powder, garam, bubuk kayu manis, wortel parut dan kulit lemon parut serta kacang aduk rata. Tambahkan kocokan kening telur dan butter cair serta air perasan jeruk lemon.
4. Masukkan perlahan putih telur kedalam adonan no 3.
5. Oven 170°C selama 25 menit.
