Ayam Bakar ala Sasanasari

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, potong, rebus sampai mendidih, buang airnya

Bumbu halus:
2 cabe merah
5 siung bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
4 lembar daun jeruk
4 buah kemiri
1 buah serai, memarkan
Garam
1/2 ruas jari kencur
Gula

Cara membuat:
1. Ayam yg telah direbus dan dibuang airnya diungkep bersama bumbu halus.
2. Bakar.

Tips:
Jika memakai santan, maka kemiri dihilangkan. Jika memakai air, maka pakai kemiri
