Bandeng presto

Bahan:
Ikan bandeng (jerman: wolfsbar)
Jeruk nipis

Bumbu:
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Ketumbar
Garam
Merica
Daun jeruk
Kunyit

Cara membuat:
1. Lumuri ikan dgn air jeruk nipis selama 1 menit. Bilas.
2. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, merica dan kunyit.
3. Jajar rapi ikan di dlm presto.
4. Masukkan bumbu halus dan sisa bumbu lain bersama air.
5. Masak ikan selama 15-20 menit sejak presto berdengung.
6. Dinginkan.
7. Goreng.
