Lapis Daging

Bahan:
500 gr daging sapi atau kambing itis tipis memanjang tanpa serat dan tanpa lemak
5 siung bawang putih
3 siung bawang merah
4 butir kemiri
2 lembar daun salam
1 sdm brown sugar
Kecap manis
Garam
1 sdm minyak
100 ml air

Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, gula, garam dan kemiri.
2. Campur bumbu halus dan daging. Remas- remas. Masukkan sisa bahan.
3. Ungkep dengan api sedang sampai air habis.
