Cheese Cake (Wellington)

Bahan dasar:
Biskuit
Mentega

Bahan Filling:
250 gr cheese cream (merk Philadelphia)
1 butir telur
Gula secukupnya
Sedikit perasan jeruk lemon

Cara membuat:
1. Hancurkan biskuit dan campur dgn mentega secukupnya. Masukkan ke loyang, ratakan dan tekan-tekan.
2. Campur hingga lembut bahan isian.
3. Panggang suhu 180 derajat selama 3-5 menit.
4. Dinginkan dan simpan di kulkas beberapa saat.
5. Beri topping sesuai selera.

Variasi toping:
Buah bery beku di masak dengan sedikit air dan gula.
