Seaweed Soup (Miyeokguk)

Bahan:

2 sdm wakame (dried seaweed)

1 siung bawang putih

dashi (jika tidak ada gunakan kombu dan anchovies, rebus bersama air. Option lain: saya sering menggunakan sedikit terasi)

2 mangkuk air

sesame oil

gula

garam

 

Cara membuat:

  1. Rendam seaweed dalam air dingin selama 15-30 menit. Dan keringkan
  2. Tumis bawang putih sebentar di dalam panci.
  3. Tuang air dan masukkan seaweed. Masukkan gula dan garam (optional: bisa ditambah merica sedikit)
  4. Beri sedikit sesame oil.
