Pasta Saus Salmon

Bahan:

2 siung bawang putih

1 buah bawang bombay

200 gr ikan salmon fillet

250 ml double thicked cream / susu

merica hitam

garam

1 sdm perasan lemon

1 sdm butter/margarin/cooking oil/oilve oil

Pasta

Granted -Parmessan cheese

 

Cara Membuat:

1.Masak pasta sesuai dgn yang tertera di bungkus

2. Bawang putih dan bawang bombay dirajang halus.

3. Potong ikan salmon fillet kotak-kotak.

4. Panaskan frying pan. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombang dgn butter/mentega/cooking oil sampai harum.

5. Masukkan salmon. Tumis sebentar.

6. Masukkan garam, merica, perasan jeruk lemon dan cream.

7. Masak sebentar.

8. Campur dengan pasta

9. Sajikan dgn granted-parmessan cheese.
